I love when my life is all in balance. Kids are good, hubby is good and I generally feel great about my body, mind and soul. …….But sometimes it can get all out of whack and I need to stop for a minute and get myself back on track! The first thing I do, is not beat myself up about all the things I haven’t been doing right and just start. I start by drinking more water, taking time out for myself, exercising and making better food choices. Then after a little while, my body, mind and soul starts humming again.
