Being thankful and having gratitude doesn’t always have to be about the big things that happen in life (a new car, a wonderful trip overseas, buying a house). It’s also about the little things in life. It can be simple and small as a delicious egg for breakfast. A cup of tea made by somebody you love. Cooking a new recipe and it working! A smile from one of your family or friends or running into an old friend unexpectedly.
There is so much to be thankful for in our everyday lives and sometimes we forget to look for them. Being thankful, helps me to realise what I have and to be satisfied. It’s great to have goals and I love a good Vision Board! But today, I just wanted to be thankful for being a mum, eating good food and having the time to take a morning walk!
