Don’t through in the towel!

So you had a big night out, drank a little too much and danced the night away. Or it was a weekend of family, friends and feasting. Don’t feel guilty and say that’s it, I can’t do this or I’ll start eating healthy again on Monday. Make your next meal a good choice and you will be on your way back to good health!
