When I was studying Nutrition at Nature Care College, I had a teacher who believed in the health benefits of dry body brushing. Dry body brushing improves circulation, aids the lymphatic system, helps with cellulite, acne, scarring and can give your skin a healthy glow.
Now 17 years later as a mum who has had 2 children, I can appreciate the benefits of dry body brushing. It has become apart of my morning routine before having a shower and a way of practising ‘self care’ (the kids think it’s hilarious).
