Life is busy today, with many demands placed upon us. Work, drop kids to school, emails, pick up kids, walk the dog, take kids to after school sport, pop on a load of washing, dinner, fold the washing, wish the magical clean up fairies had arrived, more emails….the list goes on! Leaving us no time for ourselves. Often as mums, we put our kids, husbands, family or work needs before our own. Leaving us tired, defeated, resentful…
This is your permission to start looking after yourself.
Here are a few tips that can help get you on track:
1)Firstly be kind to yourself! When you look in the mirror don’t beat yourself up. Instead, reward yourself for being the amazing person that you are.
2) Try dry skin body brushing (read about it in my next post)
3) Take a bath
4) Eat healthy
5) Don’t compare yourself
6) Be active
8) Spend time with people who make you feel amazing
9) Book a Massage
10) prioritize your health

Vanilla Coconut Sugar Scrub
1/2 cup solid Coconut Oil
1 cup white sugar
Seed from 1 vanilla pod
1. Use your whisk attachment on your mixer and whip coconut oil for approximately ten minutes.
2. Add 1 cup of white sugar and the vanilla pod seeds. Mix for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and use before showering. Enjoy!
