Easy Peasy Banana Pancakes


This is the easiest banana pancake recipe you will come across. It is Gluten and Dairy Free and absolutely delicious.

2 eggs
1 banana
dash of cinnamon
1 Tsp of baking powder
1 Tsp of coconut oil

1) Mash banana in a bowl with a fork
2) Whisk the eggs in another bowl
3) Combine the 2 ingredients together and whisk
4) Add cinnamon and baking powder
5) Add coconut oil to the pan and add batter in small batches
6) When the batter has set, flip and cook until batter is browned on both sides
7) Serve with strawberries, banana and a drizzle of honey (Yum)
